Typical week
Monday: Return cycle to work (20 miles), gym (core and squats), 2km swim.
Tuesday: Return cycle to work (20 miles), run (intervals varying between 400 metres and 1km in legnth), gym (stretching).
Wednesday: Cycle to work (10 miles), run to BMF training (5k), BMF session (1 hour), run home (8 miles).
Thursday: Run to work (10 miles), cycle home (10 miles), turbo session (cycling, 1 hour, various sessions), swim (2 km)
Friday: Return cycle to work (20 miles), run (easy, 5km with bodyweight exercises).
Saturday: Parkrun (5km fast), BMF, swim (lake, 4 km), cycle (30 miles).
Sunday: Cycle (60 miles), run (10 miles).
Totals: Swim- 8km, cycle- 170 miles, running- 45 miles, BMF- two/week, gym- 2/week.
